Hey Friends ! today I'm goonna tell more important Things about Our Habits.When I was learning to ride a bike  Then again, I had to pay attention to bike gear clutch and brake.When to change gear, such as when to brake and when to press the clutch on this thing had to pay attention.Everyday I go to college no longer had to pay attention to these things,Mostly I like to go to college on the bike on the road did not have to pay much attention.It has been many times to come home from college would have to cross half way,when there is no traffic on the road i did not realise whenever i come home.beacause Another Important thing on my mind the entire way was.It was quite wrong but why it was happen because biking daily collage to home i make an strong habit, merley.



The Efficiant Brain


similarly when we start to learn new thing or working first time on any thing we have to do it with conciously brain we need lot off effort to learrn subtle thing.although when we did that thing regularly our make that pattren inside brain and now we doing effortlessly.Now our unconcious mind can do this work without effort and this work become our habit.let's take example.while going to home or thinking on important thing we automatically reach our place or home without paying attention on road,or waking early at morning and going to bathroom or brushing the teeth.is this like  our brain works or you can said that make habits,so to free grey matter of brain for other important and new things.Habits reduce our brain power so we not need to pay attention on repeated works because of our habits.this part of our positive habits now we take a look at negative part of our habits.Our Brains unknown from good habits and bad habits but brain just want to save its effort,mostly people did not attent on good habits but always attent the bad habits without hesistate.because of this humans always sorrounded with bad habits.habits play an important role in our in one's success or failure's.we have need to take over our bad habits and make new habits.

The Habit Loop


if you have to eliminate your bad habits or an idea to making new habits,so you have to get familiar with how exactly habits formed.

It Is a Three Step Process.

* Cue / Trigger: trigger this is main key of your good Habits or Bad habits, which  provoke you.because of this  provokes you to do work for it.many peoples start smoking 
on the behalf of encouragement by his friend.our friends are immense impact on us for bad habits or good habits.after hating smoking they began to smoke and make opinion this is limited time and for timepass.they often offer a cigarate when we started smoking and this smoking become our habits now you offer them cigarate and you roll in deep of your new bad habit.Your friend here on the trigger causes.Actually There are 5 categories types of triggers.

* Location:one specific location that triggers you to do a your good habits or bad habits.the location was an specific smoking store or on office time otherwise raised seating area where you and your friend often go there in sphere time.

* Time:one specific time like an morning or in sphere time.

* Emotions:you might be getting bore or an hapiness or sadness.

* Others:By your Friend or  after watching tv or any ad related ti habits.

*  Last Action:after completing meals or relevent Job, after breakfast.

Now We Make to Next Step called Routines.

Routine:after making habit that make their routine it's large or small,for example meet a freind buying a cigarate from store going certain place and lighting a stick all action merge in  routine.

Reward:reward is a last step of making an habit when you take a cigarate bump it's produce an Nicotine dose which stands for reward which make them feel good and happy.

Just Like that this habits merge in this steps.cycling and repeatation this is the main reason of your strong habits.whether this a smoking or eating like deamon otherwise it's your good or Bad Habit.

Tips to Getting rid of bad habits:it is not easy to get rid quickly from bad habits because in our brain if we cycle our habit daily it store in our brain deeply and it's not possible to take over your habit.because it's get very strong in habit circle.


we often see many peoples trying  to get rid of their habit and try to control their habits but what we get after they get cue again and they return on their habit track literally.


there is not a best mechanism to break your habit but you have to  replace with another one good habit which make feel you well.
 Let's take example , there was a man who are a fond of donuts he always used to take a donuts in day this habit make him more fat and he become unhealthy.so this man carried a fatigue after donut life cycle so he make an decision to break this habit as soon as possible .But his freind recommend him a geeting rid of bad habits methodology.

then he started using his friends methadology of getting rid of bad habits.first he attempted a three steps of his habit cycle.

 1) Cue / Trigger:after observing he always eat donuts at 3.00 pm to 3.30 pm.so this time is a trigger of his habit 

2) Routine:now he did not take time to revealed his routine of eating donuts.He get bored on his spends time so he take elivator move to his canteen and buy some donuts and eat them with their friends while talking.

3) Reward:so he get facinated beacuse donuts taste and happiness.this a reward of his habit.

after getting informatic about his habit loop he started applying an second and a last step of habit grid.so next day on his trigger time he take elivator gone to canteen and not buy a donut he instead of buy an chocolate and meets his connects meet them and talk them while eating chocolate.but next day on his trigger time he take elivator and gone to canteen but he nothing spend a penny but join his connects and spend time with those,so he get reward his connects and so he apply this rule many days and he get a result he did not realised that he get rid of his habit awardfully.

similarly, following those steps we can get rid of bad habit of our life.
so if you want to get rid of bad habits you have to follow those 2 easy steps.

Step 1:Find the cue, routine and reward of your habit.find the times and cues about your habits.

Step 2:and then replace yours routine and rewards with your bad habit.
 this is the principle of getting rid of bad habits i have published here so guys this is the steps of getting rid of your bad habits nothing breaking them rather replacing them with your routine and reward.
